I love how smooth the app runs no glitches and my favorite thing that a lot of apps or websites have trouble with is when clicking on a product to view more pictures a lot of times when you go out again to the main page after looking it starts you back at the beginning of all the items you have already looked through. This app does not do that. I can click on an item and then go back right where I left off. This is a huge perk for me and will keep me shopping here! Also everything is separated into categories. Very easy to use the app, I love it! I usually get overwhelmed online shopping but this app makes it easy. Can’t wait for my items to come in & hope they arrive before my trip I paid for express shipping. So far everything’s been smooth & I hope to shop here again if everything goes smooth with my order, I’m excited!!

Their clothes used to be much better quality. Now it’s the same exact stuff that’s being made in a Chinese factory and sold to numerous fashion brands. They only shipped half my order and I paid extra for “worry free shipping.” Funny enough, I’m actually even more worried now that I was before because they made me feel like a criminal when I put my request in to have my order reviewed. Once my issues are resolved, I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Warning to all, follow my advice.

Can’t get in touch with someone if your life depended on it. The clothes and the app are fine, but there is no customer service number and you can literally message them on insta, email, text, and only ever get AI generated responses from the most UNHELPFUL AI bot you’ve ever been forced to converse with. They made me pay for the return on an item I had the protection plan for, and are now only refunding me on the app once I get my package. I have begged through any avenue they allow you to “contact” them on for them to put the refund on my card because the dress in my size will sell out before my store credit comes and I need it for a wedding. It is so disrespectful to the customer to throw AI bots at them as if that’s helping. After this nightmare is over I will no longer be supporting this company or any other business that thinks the consumer is stupid enough to think this is “customer service”.

I ordered a couple of items when received i tried them on and they were too small. I used the prepaid label to return the items and they were received back to the merchant. I waited to see when I would be refunded I opted for a credit because I wanted to reorder the items in a larger size but unfortunately I never received my credit balance. When I reached out for customer service I realized they do not have a phone line. You can only reach them through messenger or a text. I tried both only to receive an automated AI generated messages. The message stated that I should have already received my refund when I replied advising them that I had not received it they replied that I would be contacted. I was never contacted. This is poor customer service for the amount of money that I have spent. I am honestly reconsidering to even shop with them in the future
