Shapely 3D is a fast, native 3D modeling app built for Mac — sketch, sculpt, and export real 3D models with just your mouse or trackpad. Build scenes from simple primitives, then move, rotate, and scale them with an on-screen gizmo. Snap to a configurable grid, measure distances as you work, and use the orientation cube to jump straight to any view. Shapely 3D saves your work as a native document you can open again anytime, right where you left off. Export a USDZ at real scale and it opens in Quick Look and Preview, streams to Vision Pro through Spatial Preview, and loads in any USD tool. Every project is in Spotlight, Siri and Shortcuts, and opens straight into the editor from the result. Shapely 3D Pro unlocks: • CSG boolean operations — union, subtract, and intersect shapes to build more complex forms • STL export — send your models straight to a 3D printer or another CAD tool • Sketch & Extrude — draw a 2D profile and pull it into a solid • Smoothing — round any object with adjustable, non-destructive subdivision • Cut tool — slice objects apart along a face or a drawn line • Edit Faces — move, extrude, and reshape the individual faces of any object, and give any face a color of its own Whether you're prototyping a part, teaching geometry, or just enjoy building things in 3D, Shapely 3D keeps the fundamentals simple and gets out of your way.

Shapely 3D 1.1.1 is built for macOS 27 — and lets your models leave the app at real scale. They grow up so fast. USDZ EXPORT • File › Export USDZ… writes the scene as a USDZ file at real scale, every object in its own colour, ready for the new Quick Look, Preview and any USD tool — and for Spatial Preview on Vision Pro, where your bracket can finally float majestically in your living room. macOS 27. • Save a Copy and Export STL on macOS 27 write the file in the background, so you can keep modelling while the file does its thing. KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS • Settings › Shortcuts has grown up: every command is listed under the menu it lives in (File, Edit, View, Object, Tools), with a search field and All / Menu / Tools / Customized / Conflicts filters. Click a shortcut, press the new keys, done. Esc changes its mind, ⌫ restores the default, and right-clicking gets you the old-fashioned key field for the stubborn cases. • Give two commands the same keys, or pick one macOS already owns (⌘H, we're looking at you), and the row tells you which command you just stepped on. Your iPad gets the same shortcuts through iCloud, so it will thank you too. MULTIPLE WINDOWS • File › New Window (⇧⌘N) opens a second editor with its own project, selection and undo, so the reference model can sit next to the one you're building. A project only opens in one window at a time — asking for it twice brings the first one forward instead of letting two copies fight over your work. ⌘N makes a new project, ⌘W closes the window, and nothing else has changed about ⌘W since 1984. SPOTLIGHT, SIRI AND SHORTCUTS • Every project is searchable by its name AND by the names of the objects in it, so "bracket" finds the project holding one even if you called it "Untitled 7" (we know you did). Shortcuts and Siri gain Open Project, New Project and Export STL (Pro), which hands you the file without even opening the app. Rude, but efficient. PER-FACE COLOURS • In Edit Faces, the palette paints just the selected faces, so a lid, a label or one side of a box can be a different colour from the rest. Use Object Color takes it back; Reset Face Colors in the inspector clears them all. Face colours survive booleans, cuts, point edits, smoothing, duplicates and the project file, and show in the USDZ export. STL still can't carry colour — that's STL's problem, and it's been STL's problem since 1987. FIXED • Project thumbnails follow Light and Dark Mode instead of always looking like they were shot in a basement. • Undo names a reorder of the objects list "Undo Reorder", so you know exactly what you're regretting. • The welcome tour's pages sit centred in the sheet, as pages should. • Dragging the gizmo after separating a combined shape and its duplicate no longer crashes. • Choosing a custom colour in the colour panel after the selection changed, or after its window closed, no longer crashes.
