Space is Awesome

Space and 3D is always awesome. I like how good the models are but the navigation is super clunky. It’s not obvious how to go back and forth. Also handling the 3D models is quite difficult without two finger pinch zoom. It is basically click and drag with slide bars.

Beautifully done but…

I’m just starting out with Space Vision, and it is beautiful and sort of what I was hoping for. However, it is for inconvenience because I would like to use this while lying in bed, not sitting up. It constantly resets to where it wants to be and not how I set it up. Additionally, I can’t get it to tilt, so I’m perpetually looking at the objects from the bottom.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! We tried our best to improve the experience for you by adding a new setting.Update 2.0.3 is out now and adds Settings → Launch behavior. Switch it to Follow and the Solar System opens wherever you're actually looking, so lying back gets you a proper view with Soluna and the controls in reach and it re-reads your position every time, so it won't keep landing back in the old spot.Enjoy it from bed, and do write to us from ‘Help’ if anything still feels off.

I’m back to review my first feedback when I gave five stars. How frustrated I was to see the new Space Vision. It used to be perfect, beautifully made, and unfortunately, it’s gone. Please, bring back the old Space Vision.

Hi Ortoboeira - We rebuilt Space Vision with a more accurate simulation engine based on NASA SPICE kernel data and are continuing to work on improving the new experience. We'll do our best to add back the features our users miss most as soon as possible!
