I was very happy with the game itself, the amount of ads is very annoying! Distracting from the gameplay!Then when I purchased a season pass & the season was over & I tried to collect on my bonus points, the game stalled & would not go any further. I tried several different ways to contact support but was ignored completely! I suggest playing a similar game from a different company if you plan on being able to truly enjoy your experience, this company will only ignore you & frustrate you.I wouldn’t recommend playing this game or any others this company put out on the market 🤬🤬

While the game is fun however, I’m not thrilled with the fact that I’m wasting my time playing pixel escape and not seeing the final rewards credited . It’s happened several times and there’s no way to contact support in the game . I had to come on here to find a way to contact someone and even after going to the site and sending a message I received not one response from anyone . So I deleted the game because I don’t have time to play games where these developers seems to want you to spend $ but can’t be bothered with resolving issues, responding to inquiries about issues or even making it easier to contact them. It’s clear that $ is their only concern.

It’s a cool idea for a game but you can’t win certain levels without watching ads to get helps or power ups. Plus the ads are way too long and have to wait for them to finish before you can move on It can be a fun game if it wasn’t made where you can’t beat the levels without watching the ads when you’re playing the boat race if you can’t finish the level and have to keep watching ads over a minute the ones that nuts the power ups or has them will beat you. Make it so if you pick the right color slinky that you can move on and not stop you from doing so.
