The bug is getting worse

Are you looking to buy this? Read before you get it. Although I just did five stars so you could see and I would’ve done four instead, this is the best game ever! My sister and I play it for like five house every week! lol. The reason I would’ve done four is because of the bug, unfortunately it has been here for years but it keeps getting worse and worse. Now we are lucky if we can even get in. If your wondering what the bug is it just usually kicks us out of the game when we join or when we press on our houses or locations. I read the other reviews and did what the creators suggested. I tried shutting it down and back on again, I tried to update the game, and I tried playing it with all my other apps closed. None of these worked. I hope it gets fixed soon because we have spent SO much money on this game and are so lucky that our grandparents pay for it. I would hate for that to get wasted. We are waiting for it to get fixed and although I am a kid so I have no experience with fixing bugs or anything, I have been hoping they would fix it soon it has been taking a very long time and I really want for it to get fixed soon I don’t know if I can wait anymore. I really love your game and would hate to see anymore reviews about this bug. To wrap this all up this is an amazing game but the bug is messing it up. I hope nothing stops you guys from fixing it soon. From your biggest fan! A big thank you to my teacher who taught me how to write like this! lol

I can’t play the game

Hey! Let me just start off by saying I love this game, it lets me be really creative with all the little touches I can add to my homes and characters! But lately the app has just closed out whenever I tried to open it. I was wondering if this was just me or if it was happening to someone else. So because of this I was looking through reviews and saw some nice ideas for the game, one of them that I really liked was about adding earrings and other jewelry to the game, even if you have to buy a pack to get it I think that would be a fun touch. And it also included the little closet area where you can mix and make your own clothes getting more items. Also I’ve seen a lot of people asking for everything to be free, I personally don’t mind things costing money because there’s a bit of a thrill being finally able to afford something, and the developer has to make money somehow, but I was thinking once or twice a year you could a Black Friday kind of sale where everything is a bit less expensive so that everyone if they want to can have a chance to buy what they want without having to pay the full price. Also I’m really hoping the developer is reading this, the reviews that I looked at with developer responses, for the responses they were all the same thing mostly about “thank you for the rating” and “we value your ideas” but never actually connecting back onto the idea, almost a bit half-hearted. If you could please think about what I said the would be appreciated, thank you!

My random ideas :>
I think that when you make a character, it should be more cuter clothes and you can be able to change the color of the clothes. Also, can you add bracelets as well? Plus I want to at least have five characters but I don’t really want to buy it. I can buy it if I wanted to, but I just don’t feel like spending any money right now. I can also buy clothes packs, but I don’t wanna spend money I think that we should be able to change the color of the beds and different things-and we wanted to, we could extend the houses, but we could probably go on a quest and stuff to be able to extend our houses if you wanted to just an idea I don’t know about it though. lol but if you want to extend our houses, we would like probably have find secret stuff hidden around the map then if we do find all the hidden stuff on the map different things we could give it to a person 2-5 people that would give you a certain item then you take that certain item and give it to another person that could give you more request to extend the house by at least 12 feet just an idea and one more thing I want to be able to toggle some of the stuff if you add more stuff, I want to be able to toggle it when you can go to the characters and make some clothes I want to be able to toggle it like if there was a headband, you can like select what you would want on it and color what you want on the headband . That’s what I would want please and thank you! I yapped way to much😭✋

My random ideas :>
