Amazing app👏🏼 Waiting on a few key features

Edit: Just found out that many of these features mentioned below are coming soon, the app is gonna be amazing. Original Review: Excellent experience and app so far, it just currently lacks a few things that I would need to fully switch over: 1) Show task durations in calendar view. This is super super important, so that we can time block and see what our days look like at a glance in "week" and "day" views, noting any free time or overlapping tasks and planning/adjusting accordingly. This is something I depend on too heavily to go without. Having accurate block scheduling visuals (down to the minute) in calendar view is crucial too. I sometimes really value a 1–5 minute break in between tasks, and seeing that reflected in the "week" and "day" views would be much appreciated. 2) For tasks/appts that span several days in duration, please show that in the calendar views! If a tasks lasts multiple days, currently it only seems to show up in the calendar views for the beginning date, which is misleading/inaccurate in an overview look. 3) Custom recurring task options. Some tasks have odd recurrences, so being able to schedule "Every other Wednesday/month/year" or "On the last Friday of each month" is a feature that I rely on heavily. Ticktick is an app that does this well, as an example. 4) Click on a tag, see all entries for that tag. Currently clicking on a tag reveals the tag stats and all dates with entries containing that tag. While both are nice features, when I click/tap a tag it would be most helpful to see a chronological list of every entry with that tag first. 5) Folder structure in the sidebar for lists, tag lists, etc. Maybe an "Inbox" tab in addition to “Today”, to capture new entries, to be sorted into the appropriate lists, folders, dates, etc at a later date (like a once a week sorting) would be nice too. 6) Adding priorities to tasks.

The perfect life management app

I’m obsessed with productivity and planning apps. I have tried so many list and note and calendar apps and burned out on so many. But Twos is different. It has all the features I’ve loved about any other apps, it has features I don’t know how to use or don’t need but you might, and it is easy and intuitive to learn. Also right now it’s FREE. All the little add-one? They’re not necessary and they can also be earned for free. I bought the full thing, even though I’d earned enough coins to buy everything I wanted, just because I wanted to support the app and the developers. I love the way lists can be nested within one another and the way tags work. The browser app for my computer is phenomenal. I have been so productive lately I can hardly believe it. Twos is the best. Actually the best. Someday when they are wildly successful and can host documents, I’ll pay for storage so I can store papers and documents in the app instead of linking to them. This app is so great.

The perfect life management app

I’m obsessed with productivity and planning apps. I have tried so many list and note and calendar apps and burned out on so many. But Twos is different. It has all the features I’ve loved about any other apps, it has features I don’t know how to use or don’t need but you might, and it is easy and intuitive to learn. Also right now it’s FREE. All the little add-one? They’re not necessary and they can also be earned for free. I bought the full thing, even though I’d earned enough coins to buy everything I wanted, just because I wanted to support the app and the developers. I have finally found the perfect app

I have been searching for an app to organize my life, but google calendar, apple notes, apple calendar, todoist, trello, ticktick, and many others that I’ve tried just didn’t have it all, Twos has EVERY THING. I am a first year medical student with an outrageous amount of forgetfulness and this app has really helped me stay on task, remember upcoming events, start a journal, integrate my calendar from my family and friends’ events, have a perfect todo list, manage my important data (passwords, lists of experiences for my CV, resume, etc) and the customizability is insane. I cannot recommend an app enough. If it seems confusing at first, stick with it. It grows on you, entangles you, and you learn more ways to use it as you discover all it can do. I am actually astonished as to why this app is not at the top of the list for productivity and why it is not more popular. Once again, thank you Twos. Download the app, whoever is reading this😉

I have been searching for an app to organize my life, but google calendar, apple notes, apple calendar, todoist, trello, ticktick, and many others that I’ve tried just didn’t have it all, Twos has EVERY THING. Commit to it for 30 days, and you will be hooked. Here are just a few things I like about Twos: First, Twos is simple enough that anyone can start by simply adding things to their day, and build more complexity as needed. Second, Twos is adaptable. It is made with the end-user in mind. In Twos, you can structure your menu items in the way that works best for you, add highlights, set a default thing type, and add new features to improve your experience, while ignoring features that you don't really need.Finally, Twos is focused on community. Twos allows you to network with other users, sharing lists, connecting with and following one another out of a love of sharing information, while still keeping chosen information private. In today's world, connection is vital, and Twos incorporates that need as well. This is a well-balanced tool that helps you to manage all the things in your life in a way that is flexible, focused and adaptable to your particular needs. So give it a try! Twos is all new. We rebuilt Twos from the ground up, and it is now the same app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and the web. If you used NewTwos, this is it, now simply called Twos. You are still signed in, everything you wrote is here, and if you have Twos Plus, it came with you. What's new: • A faster app, rebuilt from scratch • Richer things: bold, italics, headings, code and longer notes • Reminders that repeat, follow your location and sync with your calendar • Unfinished to-dos carry over to today on their own • New home screen widgets • Siri: say "Save this to Twos" to keep what is on screen, ask "What's on my Twos today", or ask Twos Chat anything • Save what you read: Instapaper joins Readwise, Kindle, Apple Books and the rest • More room on iPad, and a layout that follows a folding screen • Choose what goes in your nav bar and side menu A few things work differently: • Carry-over no longer asks first.
