I’ve been a subscriber since March of 2026. Today I went to open the app and I have no access to sign in, nor the content I’ve created with the app. I am not due for a subscription payment until April 30th. What is going on. ? The subscription link “support” sent is worthless. It does not let me sign in to the app. I still had 160 credits on my account!! What gives?

Did several videos and they were good. As I did more and paid for the subscription all of a sudden the videos give me different people and other issues. I emailed several times and was only told that it got sent to someone else twice and that was it. Never heard from them again, no credits returned, not a single thing. Very unfortunate because the videos that did work fine were very good but their customer service is lacking. Hope they fix that but for now I am taking my business elsewhere. Oh and I had to cancel my subscription twice because I found out after I cancelled it the first time I still got charged.

I paid for it but then regretted it for two reasons I thought I would be able to upload my own music to create a video. It turns out you have to create a song in the app. Fine then there are no voices that represent a deep voice melanin rich man. Racist like most of these apps. As far as the video, I like it.

I created a few songs. The next day it wouldn’t work so I contacted them. They responded that if I logged in with my email to which I never did because it wasn’t required to purchase this through Apple. Now I’m stuck in a loop that as soon as I hit create it wants me to sign up for a subscription. I already did. So I click it anyways. It notifies me I’m already subscribed. Then plays this same loop out. Contacted them again. Crickets. I would gladly take a refund at this point. Fix your app!
