I keep getting blocked from the account because I’m suspected to have given my details to someone else. How stupid is it!! I can’t share this with anyone else and still pay
Bad service and app

You pay for a service and they provide half of what is advertised. More than half their “expert solutions” seeming like answers from ChatGPT or incorrect written answers. Even when you provide their experts with the final answer to the question and ask for the method they give a method that leads to the incorrect answer. Their app is also all over the place with no consistent theme or UI between pages or across devices. They will take your money and not try to improve their system or app.
Remove the Ai Expert update

Let’s all be honest the new the Ai expert update is really a pain in the neck. The Ai Expert answers don’t even make sense and just a waste of time. I paid for real expert advice not computer intelligence. The new update in general is just a waste of money, not everything needs Artificial Intelligence. To be honest before the update this site/app used to be so helpful, it really helped me out around June 2023 and it helped me prep for my exams and other modules, but now it’s just trash with the Ai Expert update. Please remove the Ai Expert from the site/app.

I posted for my homework and got the answer which was incomplete since I had some idea and got stuck in the middle and when I went to the second solution got the very same answer from the different expert and I figured their experts copy and paste other people’s responses! So paying for some missed information is not helping! With the little knowledge I have as a students I do better than their experts.
