Extremely disappointing experience with CabBazar. I had booked a cab from Dehradun Airport to Kanatal for my senior citizen parents four days in advance. The cab was scheduled to pick them up at 1:15 PM, and since morning I had been repeatedly following up with CabBazar’s customer support to ensure everything was in place. Every single time, I was assured that a driver would be assigned and the pickup would happen as scheduled. Shockingly, at around 1:00 PM, just 15 minutes before my parents’ arrival, I received a call informing me that CabBazar would not be able to arrange a cab at all. This is completely unacceptable and highly irresponsible. When elderly passengers are travelling, reliability is not a luxury—it is a necessity. Senior citizens are often not comfortable handling last-minute travel disruptions, and CabBazar’s complete lack of planning and accountability put my parents in a very stressful situation. To make matters worse, their call center executives were of no help whatsoever. They kept giving false assurances throughout the day instead of being transparent about the situation and allowing us enough time to make alternate arrangements. If CabBazar cannot honor bookings made several days in advance, especially for airport pickups, they should not be in the business of providing travel services. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will never use CabBazar again and would strongly advise others, especially those arranging travel for senior citizens, to think twice before relying on their services.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cab Bazar. I booked a 7-seater cab on 21st Feb 2025 for a round trip from Patna to Dumraon on 22nd Feb at 10:10 AM. After booking, no driver or cab was assigned for several hours. Even on the morning of 22nd Feb at 8:00 AM, my booking status was still pending. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I was only told at 9:40 AM to either find an alternative cab or increase my fare from ₹5600 to ₹6400. Left with no choice, I agreed, and my booking was confirmed after another 15 minutes.When I contacted the agent, I was told the cab would arrive by 10:20 AM, but the driver kept delaying, citing excuses like having breakfast. The cab finally arrived around 11:45 AM, and the driver claimed his booking was only confirmed at 11:15 AM — showing a clear lack of coordination and transparency from the agent.During the ride, the driver asked me to pay for fuel, which I did. After the trip, there was confusion about payment — the agent asked for the full amount, while the driver insisted on being paid directly. This led to another 20-minute delay and unnecessary arguments. The lack of professionalism, poor coordination, and delayed service made this a very frustrating experience.

Pathetic Service. Unprofessional customer care and sales team. Their model is simple - Take the commission upfront and then let the customer figure out then how to travel. Their sales and customer care agents are sitting in most rural towns working out of home and don’t empathise with the sense of urgency that the customer has or the ordeal that the customer is going through when the cab doesn’t reach on time, drivers are unprofessional, abusive drivers, pathetic can quality, etc. They don’t even know the vendor which have signed up with them is providing his company’s car or is there more chain of vendors and drivers involved. In my last incident, there were 3 vendors involved and them the individual driver. I was not knowing whom should I connect to when the driver didn’t reach on time - vendor 1 said will get back and have number of vendor 2, vendor have number of vendor 3, vendor 3 said he will provide another driver at a different cost… Thanks for spoiling the hard earned vacation for me. Will never book a cab again through cab bazaar. Gozo cabs is much professional and 100 times better.

Had the worst experience during this trip, we had recommended one friend along with his wife and kid to join. So there were 2 kids below 1 year. First off at the destination point that guy had dropped us at one location ideally we are supposed to meet at the same location post coming back. There was huge crowd during the event. Post finish rush was rapid and when we reached the drop location cab was nowhere to be found. The guy was giving stupid directions made us walk for close 2 hours before finally coming to pick us at one location. Along with 2 kids we had to go through this. Then it was heavily raining upon return so we requested the driver to drop one family at one point he clearly denied and spoke rudely luckily we had an umbrella still heavy winds the little one got drenched. Any normal human being would have behaved differently under this situation could have asked for extra fare but no he left us in middle of road. This has to got to be the worst trip of my life. Will never travel via Cabbazar or recommend anyone to use the app. Better to use Ola outstation atleast the driver have some courtesy
