I am a Assistant Professor at Western University. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Western University. My area of expertise is pediatric sleep problems. My masters work focused on help-seeking for pediatric sleep problems and my dissertation work focused on the developmental importance of napping among preschool children.

In my clinical training, I provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments to children, adolescents, and adults. I am knowledgeable in treatments for anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, behavioural problems (e.g., ADHD, opposition), pediatric chronic pain, and sleep problems.
