Aishwarya Viswamitra

Aishwarya is an ESRC funded PhD researcher at De Montfort University. Her research, in collaboration with Endometriosis UK, examines endometriosis and paid employment in the UK, exploring both employee experiences and employer responses in order to inform better workplace practice. She is also the Chief Storytelling Officer at Portable Story Lab, which specialises in capturing raw, authentic storytelling through a compact briefcase with everything teams need to film their own story, complete with an iPad pre-loaded with interview questions.
