Angshuman K. Kashyap

Angshuman Kashyap (MPH) is a doctoral candidate at the Dept. of Behavioral and Community Health, University of Maryland School of Public Health. Angshuman is passionate about global health communication. His core interest lies in understanding the most effective ways of communicating health information and developing health communication strategies using media interventions to encourage sustained behavioral change. Angshuman has worked on a range of projects in the areas of maternal, child health, adolescent, and youth sexual and reproductive health, vaccine hesitancy, cancer, road safety, tobacco control, and disability. He is also an illustrator experienced in developing context-specific health illustrations.
