Dr. Arinjay Banerjee (Ph.D.) is a Principal Scientist and Canada Research Chair in Zoonotic Viruses and Animal Reservoirs at the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO), University of Saskatchewan.
Arinjay's research group investigates host-pathogen interactions and the emergence of novel pathogens from wildlife. The laboratory’s research interests are virology, innate immunology, microbiology and biochemistry.

- Virus-host interactions in wildlife reservoirs and humans
- One Health principles to tackle emerging infectious diseases.
- Developing novel vaccines and antiviral solutions
