Dr Armand Bam is Head of Social Impact at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is also a senior lecturer in Business in Society on the MBA programme and Quality and Integrity in Leadership on the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development with a focus on NPOs.
As the lead author his work on student reflections titled Transformative learning through social engagement: Reflections on responsible leadership development in management education received the Best Paper Award at the International Business Conference in 2019.
