Research Fellow at Adelaide University within the Social Relationships and Communities Research Group. I completed my PhD at the University of Adelaide, where my research investigated father's uptake of flexible working arrangements, gender, and workplace culture.
I am interested in the intersections of gender, family, work, and health. My research aims to better understand men and women’s constructions of identity and positioning in relation to work, family, and parenting, as well as organisational culture and the impact of work-family relations and policies upon women and their careers. I have further interests in the intersections between gender, gender performance, mental health and well-being, and criminology.
