Ashleigh E. Smith

Dr Ashleigh Smith is an associate professor of healthy ageing whose research is positioned at the nexus of neuroscience, exercise physiology and cognitive ageing. Her research vision is to reduce age-related disability in older adults (including slowing the progression to dementia) through applying novel exercise interventions and exploring the nexus between physical activity, brain function and cognitive health.
