Asif is professor and Director of the DigiSAS Lab at the School of Computer Science, University of Technology Sydney. He specialises in adaptive enterprise architecture, information architecture, agile software development, information security & privacy for information-centric secure digital ecosystems.
Asif is academic cum practitioner with extensive 20+ years’ experience covering various academic and professional roles. Throughout his 20+ years' career, along academic roles, he spent significant time with industry and government through expert advisory and consulting in strategy, enterprise architecture and innovation across information (data, analytics, AI), software, security and sustainability domains. He has experience in leading and developing teams, as well as training and coaching enterprise architects and software engineers. He has led and delivered several successful engagements across education, government and other sector.
