Dr Asmita Manchha is a Research Fellow at the Bolton Clarke Research Institute. She received a PhD from the University of Queensland in 2022, which examined the stigma of working in aged care. Asmita’s research examines attitudes toward aged care work, and employee well-being, with a focus on conceptualisations and lived experiences of stigmatised occupations.
