I am a clinical and developmental psychologist with training family therapy. For the past twenty five years I have been studying the role that routines and rituals may play in promoting health and well being, primarily in children. Most recently I have been working with colleagues in nutrition and health sciences to examine how routines established during the first three years of life may affect health during early childhood.
