Beth Radulski

Beth Radulski is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne. Dr. Radulski recently completed her PhD in a partnership bewteen the Department of Social Inquiry, and the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre at La Trobe University, where she also served as the inaugural Manager of Neurodiversity Inclusion. Her interdisciplinary approach focused primarily on conceptualizing Neurotypical Privilege, and identifying the social drivers of masking and camouflaging in Autistic people. The overall aim of her research is to facilitate social, educational, and employment accessibility for Neurodivergent people, by identifying and addressing barriers to disclosure, unmasking, and inclusion in social, educational, and professional settings.
