Bunga A. Paramashanti

Bunga Paramashanti is an early-career researcher specializing in maternal and child health, nutrition, and health inequalities. Over the past 10 years, she has been actively involved in both teaching and research. She is currently based at the Research Centre for Public Health and Nutrition, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia.

She earned her doctoral degree from the Sydney School of Public Health, The University of Sydney, Australia. Her PhD research explored trends, inequalities, and determinants of infant and young child feeding practices and nutritional status using mixed-methods approaches. Her expertise includes analyzing large datasets, often integrated with qualitative methods to generate deeper and more comprehensive insights.
