My experience and interests are in food marketing, consumer behaviour, public health, and sustainability. I use large-scale retail and loyalty card data, as well as qualitative interview methods, to study how pricing, promotions, socioeconomic factors, and food systems shape consumer choices.

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at Simon Fraser University. I completed my PhD in Management at McGill University and previously earned a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Toronto.
