Charles Conteh

Professor of Public Policy and Administration in the Department of Political Science at Brock University. Director of the Niagara Community Observatory (NCO), a university-based public policy research institute (think tank) working in partnership with Niagara and other regional or local communities to foster, produce and disseminate research on current and emerging issues. Research and teaching interests are in the areas of Canadian and Comparative Public Policy, Public Management, Political Economy and Governance. Current research examines governance structures and processes in complex and dynamic policy systems, with a focus on how local, regional and national economies are reinventing themselves in the face of seismic global economic and ecological changes.
