Charlotta Niemistö

I have a PhD (2012) in Business administration and a Title of Docent (2022) in Sociology. I work as Associate Professor (tenure track) in Organisation and Management at the School of Business and Economics, The Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, Åbo Akademi University (Finland). My research addresses questions around work/family/care, boundaries between work and non-work, human and social sustainability, organisational well-being, gender relations, age/aging, and generational differences.
