Chris Wright

Chris Wright is a fellow in the Program on Climate Change at the University of Washington. I research how little particles change clouds and create electricity. I work on lightning and aerosol-cloud interactions with Joel Thornton and Lyatt Jaegle. Specifically, I'm looking at aerosol invigoration of convection and controls of lightning variability over the ocean. I work with UW's lightning detection network (WWLLN), a number of satellite based observations, and atmospheric chemistry models.
