Dr Connie Henson is a Senior Research Fellow, working at UNSW. Connie collaborates with diverse colleagues to explore how people from priority populations use digital health technologies to improve health and wellbeing. Current projects include using wearable devices (watches and patches) to detect and monitor heart health, including early atrial fibrillation (AF) detection. Connie’s research also includes co-designing wearable-based exercise programs with older women to reduce risk factors and prevent the progression of chronic disease and cognitive decline.
