Diana Tung

Diana Tung is a post-doctoral researcher leading the Spanish citrus arm of the ERC-funded project FOODCIRCUITS at the University of Barcelona, with fieldwork experience in citrus production in Spain. She completed her PhD in Anthropology at the Australian National University, focusing on the politics of sustainability in superfood commercialisation in the Peruvian Amazon. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
