Dylan Selterman

I am a trained social-personality psychologist and research scientist currently working as Director of Research and Resource Development at Heterodox Academy, and Director for the Mike & Sofia Segal Center for Academic Pluralism. My work involves conducting research on trends in higher education and creating resources that are useful for faculty and administrators, with the goal of promoting open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement at colleges and universities. I also serve as an adjunct psychology course instructor and SNF Agora Institute Faculty Affiliate at Johns Hopkins University.
