Elisa Alt

Elisa Alt is Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Elisa studies individual and organizational approaches to social intrapreneurship, with a focus on how individuals can become entrepreneurial change agents for positive social change. Her research has been published in the Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing, and Journal of Management Studies, among other outlets. Before obtaining her PhD from the University of Seville in Spain, she worked as a creative in the advertising industry in Brazil.
