I am an archaeological scientist with interdisciplinary expertise in palaeoecology, geoarchaeology, microarchaeology and archaeobotany. My research combines pollen and phytolith analysis with the microscopic analysis of archaeological soils and sediments to understand how people inhabited, utilised, shaped and responded to the ever-changing environments around them.
