I am an assistant professor in the kinesiology and exercise science programs at Temple University and also an exercise science/dance science researcher. I teach both foundational and advanced physiology courses, with additional passions in anatomy, biomechanics, and performance psychology. I received the Award for Outstanding Adjunct Teaching from Thomas Jefferson University in 2024. My research has also been published in journals such as the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy (IJSPT) and the Journal of Dance Medicine and Science (JDMS).
