Fabiane Ramos

Dr Fabiane Ramos is a Lecturer in Pathways at the University of Southern Queensland and an interdisciplinary scholar working across Education, Gender Studies, and Applied Linguistics. Her research applies feminist theories and methodologies to qualitative inquiry and explores transitions into and through higher education, as well as transformative pedagogies that support diverse learners. She also experiments with self-inquiry through alternative academic writing, engaging philosophical and poetic approaches to research. Fabiane’s work has featured in leading feminist publications and international conferences, and she previously lectured in Gender Studies at the University of Queensland (2017–2021).
