Earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Archaeology Departement from Hasanuddin University and currently pursuing a doctoral program at the University of Indonesia. Expertise lies in archaeofaunal analysis and bioarchaeology, with a current research focus on archaeothanatology.

Professionally, serves as Associate Researcher at the Archaeometry Research Group, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Republic of Indonesia. Also actively engaged in academic organisations, serving as the chair of PRIMATE (Paleoanthropological Research in Indonesia: Migration, Adaptation, Transformation, and Evolution) and as a member of the Sulawesi Archaeology Collaborative Research Centre (Pusat Kolaborasi Riset Arkeologi Sulawesi).

Research vision is to advance the study of archaeothanatology by conducting comparative analyses of burial practices during the Middle Holocene, aiming to deepen the understanding of mortuary traditions and cultural dynamics in prehistoric Indonesia.
