I am an Lecturer at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), both in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I am also a Phd Candidate in International Relations at San Tiago Dantas Program (UNESP | Unicamp | PUC-SP).
Previously, I worked with different international organizations, including the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
