Fitria Puspita Sari

I hold a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science and have research interests in mesoscale and extreme weather, particularly high-impact events affecting urban areas. My research experience focuses on extreme convective events, with a specific emphasis on hailstorms in maritime tropical environments. My expertise includes cloud physics, storm dynamics, and numerical weather modeling. My current work explores ensemble forecasting and downscaling of extreme precipitation, with applications to Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) estimation and future climate scenarios.
