Garrett Broad, Ph.D., is Professor of Communication and Provost's Fellow for Sustainability at Rowan University. His research and teaching examines the relationship between food systems, social movements, and digital media technology. He is the author of More Than Just Food: Food Justice and Community Change, alongside a variety of articles on food's relationship to environmental sustainability, social and economic well-being, and the health of humans and nonhuman animals alike.
