Dr Ghulam Murtaza is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior, whose research examines how ethical, moral, and psychosocial dynamics shape employee behavior, innovation, and well-being in diverse organizational contexts. His work addresses topics including workplace incivility, employee voice and silence, moral identity, inclusion, and the behavioral consequences of organizational practices, with implications for organizations, freelancers, and policymakers. His findings have been published in leading journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Applied Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Research, Personality and Individual Differences, and Journal of Personality.
