Glyn Wittwer is a Professorial Fellow in the Centre of Policy Studies. He specialises in regional economic modelling and is a database development specialist. TERM-H2O developed by Wittwer and his colleagues has become an important tool in the ongoing debate about environmental flows in the Murray-Darling Basin.
