I am a practicing anthropologist with keen interest to research that translates to policy. I have proactively managed changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans as relating to the project. I also have a proven ability to support multiple projects. In addition, I am competent in staff capacity building, evaluation, mentoring, motivating and supervising the project team and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
