Honni van Rijswijk

I'm a law academic and author. My research focuses on developing frameworks for the collective responsibility for harm, from the harms of settler colonialism to harms caused by corporations. I hold an LLB (Hons) from Sydney Law School and an LLM from Trinity College College as well as a PhD from the University of Washington. Before becoming an academic, I practised as a lawyer, focusing on Admiralty and insurance litigation as well as commercial transactions.
