James Hayton

James Hayton is Vice Provost and Chair of Social Sciences at University of Warwick and Professor of Innovation at Warwick Business School. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW.org) and former Dean at Rutgers University (US) School of Management and Labor Relations. His area of expertise is the management of people and organisations to build capacity for innovation, entrepreneurship and strategic renewal. He teaches on these topics in the WBS Executive MBA and Executive Education programmes. Author of over 100 articles, reports and books in both innovation and human resource management, his work has been recognised with several awards and is rated as one of the worlds top 2% of researchers by citations.
