Janice Jones

Dr Janice (Jane) Jones is an Associate Professor in Business at the College of Business, Government and Law, Flinders University. Prior to academia she worked in the Health Care sector.

Jane teaches and researches in Human Resource Management, and has a focus on career development and the changing nature of work in response to technological and organizational transformation. Her research interests also include innovation, digital technologies—particularly social media and artificial intelligence (AI)—and technology transfer.
