Jeffrey A. Lee

I'm a geographer at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, Texas, USA. I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees from University of California, Los Angeles and PhD from Arizona State University. I teach mostly physical geography and environmental science classes and my research mostly is on wind erosion of soil and blowing dust phenomena, like dust storms. I was Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Aeolian Research" for twelve years.

In addition to my regular teaching and research, I wrote "The Scientific Endeavor: A Primer on Scientific Principles and Practice," a book introducing students and others to what science is and how it's done. It's available on Amazon.com. I run the Facebook page Scientific Endeavor.
