Kai Mausch is a Senior Economist at Landscape Alliance | CIFOR and ICRAF in Action, based in Bonn Germany, and has been working on rural development for more than 15 years in Africa and Asia, exploring solutions to rural poverty from both the agricultural- as well as the non-agricultural perspective. His current interests include impact assessment, adoption behaviour and incentives as well as the importance of people’s aspirations on decision making.
