I am an Associate Professor and Research Fellow based at the University of Melbourne, Australia. My research focuses on social functioning in three main domains: identity processes, emotion regulation, and human agency.

I seek to understand how we form social connections, and the impact these have on our health, well-being, communication, and attitudes towards others.
