Katharine Kemp

Dr Katharine Kemp is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law & Justice, UNSW Sydney, and leads the UNSW Public Interest Law & Tech Initiative. Katharine’s research focuses on data privacy law, consumer protection and competition law. She also lectures and convenes Data Privacy Law and Contracts at UNSW Law.

She has also practised as a commercial lawyer in major law firms, as a barrister in Melbourne, and consulted to the Competition Commission of South Africa during the six years that she lived and worked in South Africa.
