Katrien Verleye

Katrien Verleye is Associate Professor of Service Innovation and Co-Director of the Center for Service Intelligence at Ghent University (CSI-UGent), Belgium. Within the domain of service innovation for a healthy, digitized, and circular world, her main research interests relate to multi-actor engagement and value co-creation in complex networks/ecosystems. Based upon this expertise, Katrien acts as a knowledge partner for the Green Deal Renting and Sharing and also joined FlandersMake@UGent—Corelab CVAMO - a strategic research center for the Flemish manufacturing industry. Her research in collaboration with (business) practitioners and policymakers has resulted in publications in service, marketing and management journals and also led to winning the Emerging Service Scholar Award (2023).
