I am a geography professor who studies and researches weather and climate. My specific focus is on the climatology of atmospheric hazards, including tornadoes, hurricanes, heat, flooding, and others. I collaborate with social scientists to connect the climatology of these events to exposure, vulnerability, perceptions, and policies.
