Kevin Booton

Kevin is a lecturer in Social Welfare Law, Policy and Advice Practice at Staffordshire University. His teaching spans the areas of welfare benefits, debt and money advice, and management of advice services.

Kevin has joined the University having previously been with the specialist support team at Derbyshire County Councils Welfare Rights Service. Where he would represent clients in the First Tier Tribunal Social Entitlement Chamber and the Upper Tribunal Administrative Appeal Chamber in matters related to Social Security Benefits such as, Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Employment and Support Allowance.
