Kumar Biswas

Dr Kumar Biswas is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the School of Business, Faculty of Business & Law, UOW. Dr Biswas received his PhD in Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia and an MBA in HRM with a Dean's Honours List and a BBA (Hons) with Dean's Merit list, both from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prior to joining UOW, Dr Biswas worked for the University of Newcastle, Australia, Federation University Australia, the Australian Institute of Business, and several leading universities in Bangladesh. Dr Biswas publishes his scholarly works in top-tier journals of international repute, such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, British Accounting Review, Strategic Marketing Journal, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resource Management, addressing burning issues related to gender diversity, firm performance, effects of Artificial Intelligence on Ethical HR practices, firm performance and student learning.
